Refund and Returns Policy

We want our customers to be happy.  If you have received an incorrect item or an item that is damaged or defective, please get in touch via email at [email protected].  We will send out a replacement item with a pre-paid return label the same day, no questions asked.

Due to the nature of the products, if you have used the product and it is not safe to return via USPS mail, we will offer a 50% discount depending on the item and the circumstances.

We offer a ‘no questions asked’ return for unused items up to 30 days after delivery of the product.  If the product is not defective, we expect our customers to pay for the return.  If the return is due to a mistake on our part or is defective in any way, we will send you a printable pre-paid label to return the product free of charge.

If after 30 days you have decided you want to return a product for a refund, we will find a solution that is fair to both our business and your happiness.  It may include a discounted promo code to use for your next purchase, a replacement product or a full or partial refund.

Please remember that PRO420 is a small independently run business that works diligently at sourcing top quality smoke shop related products.  We ship all orders within 24 hours of purchase and we work at creating a pleasant buying experience for our customers.  We hope you can put your trust in us as we put our trust in you.
